ODA operates our own warranty service center to provide better service.
Procedure of Warranty Service & After Sales Service
All products of ODA Technologies Co., Ltd. are in principle to be repaired by entering ODA Technologies H/Q.

Precautions
- The repair period and the repair cost may vary depending on the symptom and the cause. We can help you guide you after receiving products and conducting the basic inspection.
- We would appreciate it if you would like to contact with person in charge of service department in H/Q before sending out breakdown products.
- Please enclose the name card (name, contact information) and the symptoms of the products briefly when you send it to us for the repair.
When shipped, the product should be packed well (Essentially, shall be packed again with ODA standard packing box) so that it will not be damaged during - transportation. Accordingly, we will be able to accurately clarify the cause of the defect and inform you that there may be a separate charge due to problems occurring during transportation.
